We are seeking an experienced Concrete Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial concrete construction projects. This role evaluates project plans and specifications, performs detailed take-offs, and supports the bid process from concept through final proposal. This is a full-time, fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze project plans, specs, and documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates
• Perform quantity take-offs for foundations, slabs, structural concrete, and site work
• Solicit and evaluate bids from suppliers and subcontractors
• Develop budgets and cost summaries for negotiated and competitive bid projects
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, superintendents, and clients to align estimates with project goals
• Identify value engineering opportunities and recommend cost-effective solutions
• Maintain historical cost and pricing database for future bids
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and project handoff meetings
• Stay current on industry trends, material pricing, and construction methods

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of commercial concrete estimating or related construction experience
• Proficiency with estimating software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Sage, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, materials, and costs
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings/specifications
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Project Manager to oversee the successful completion of projects from preconstruction to closeout. In collaboration with the Superintendent, this role manages project financials, risk, and client relations while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Occasional travel required. Reports to the Project Executive.

Responsibilities

• Manage financials, risk, and client relations throughout all project phases
• Lead and mentor project teams while collaborating with Superintendents and field staff
• Oversee subcontractor buyout, contracts, and purchase orders
• Review project documents (submittals, RFI’s, shop drawings) for accuracy
• Ensure compliance with safety culture, standards, and site-specific emergency plans
• Utilize project management and scheduling software effectively (ProCore, Tekla, OST, MS Office, Primavera P6)
• Track labor costs, budgets, and project billing
• Conduct meetings, safety audits, and status updates
• Manage project closeout and reporting
• Represent the company professionally with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Assistant Project Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, scheduling, and safety requirements
• Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Proficiency with ProCore, Tekla, On-Screen Takeoff, MS Office, and familiarity with Primavera P6

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and site conditions
• Walk, climb stairs, sit, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews and oversee concrete operations from start to finish. This role ensures jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on time, while maintaining quality standards and compliance with OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule work crews
• Place and finish concrete slabs using proper tools and techniques
• Read blueprints, survey stakes, and project specifications
• Manage equipment, materials, and site safety
• Train and mentor crew members
• Complete reports, timecards, and pre-pour checklists
• Communicate manpower and equipment needs to the Superintendent
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
• Requirements
• 5+ years of concrete or construction leadership experience
• Valid driver’s license and Class B CDL
• Knowledge of concrete mixes, finishing techniques, and safety procedures
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate small equipment (skid steer, power trowels, saws, drills, etc.)
• OSHA certifications (10/30 Hour), ACI Finisher, Forklift/Skid Steer Operator preferred or willingness to obtain

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs. regularly
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Full range of motion with neck, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, and feet

We are seeking an experienced Dirt Work Superintendent to oversee all aspects of earthmoving operations on construction sites. This role ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification, while leading crews and managing equipment, schedules, and budgets.

• Supervise grading, excavation, and soil compaction
• Manage crews, equipment, and daily operations
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Enforce safety standards and compliance with OSHA regulations

Requirements
